 Tract A

Tract A is property deeded to the home owners and HOA of Paradise Park. It is here for the use and pleasure of the PPCA members. The trails and access are not for use by the general public. The blue lines on the map below show the access points to Tract A and another access point to the river. These blue lines show where a 6 foot easement has been granted to the members of the PPCA. It is up to us as members to maintain these easements. Often the property owners adjacent to the access points have helped to keep them available to the membership but it is not their responsibility. Please use all of these great pieces of community property at your own risk and help keep them clean and accessible for everyone. If you are walking your dog on Tract A, please be sure to continue to clean up after them!
